The content is based on many different leadership models and theories from the best leadership authors around the world. We use the 5 C’s framework. 70% of the content falls into the Competencies section, and includes skills like Building your team, Managing change; Communication; Trust; Empowerment; Work-Life Balance; and Executing around Priorities.
